Terms and Conditions of the

SecurTek Tell Us Your Story & WIN!

DISCLAIMER: All submissions received by SecurTek become the property of SecurTek and are available for use in our marketing materials. We will contact you only in the event that your story will be used in our marketing materials or advertising and that we require you to elaborate on the story and verify all accounts as true. To ensure customer privacy, we will not release the individual’s name(s) in the event that we use their story for promotional purposes, unless we have received authorization by that customer.

By submitting an entry, you are providing a complete non-exclusive license to SecurTek to use your story in any medium for any purpose, without further compensation. SecurTek reserves the right to reject any entry for any reason, including actual, falsity, inappropriateness or incompatibility with SecurTek’s image in the marketplace.

1. There will be one grand prize awarded. All customers who have submitted a story will be entered in a random draw that will take place on January 4, 2007. The winner’s story will then be published in our Summer 2008 newsletter along with other submissions that have randomly been chosen.

2. There will be one Grand prize awarded.

• A $200 HBC Gift Certificate that can be used at any of the following stores:

o Zellers

o The Bay

o Home Outfitters

3. This contest is open to SecurTek Customers only, who are not employed by SecurTek or directly related to an employee of SecurTek. All entries must be completed on-line and received by midnight January 4, 2007. This contest is subject to all applicable Federal, Provincial, and Municipal laws.

4. Only one contest entry per SecurTek Customer will be accepted and there is no limit on the length of the story that the customer submits.

5. All stories submitted will be the property of SecurTek and can be used in any way by SecurTek for website, advertising recognition and promotions without having to ask for permission repeatedly. Pending the length of your story submission, SecurTek has the right to edit your story for content or length if required for public recognition.

6. The Grand prize winner will be determined by a random draw from all those SecurTek customers who have registered as a user on the customer website. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and are not redeemable for cash.

7. Chances of winning are dependent on the total number of eligible entries.

8. Winners will be contacted by e-mail or phone.

9. By participating in the contest entrants are deemed to have understood and agreed to be bound by the contest rules. The Grand prize winner by accepting the Grand prize releases SecurTek and its prize suppliers from any and all liability associated with acceptance and use of Grand prize.

10. By participating in the contest the winners agree to have their photograph taken and/or their name published in the Summer 2008 newsletter along with the story that they have submitted as an entry. The photograph and story will be property of SecurTek and can be used in any way by SecurTek for SecurTek recognition and promotions.
