Simply press the personal HELP button on your Mobile Medical Alert device to send a panic alarm signal to the SecurTek Monitoring Station via the cellular network. Using two-way voice communication, our trained staff will speak directly to you to confirm that assistance is needed before notifying emergency services or your designated contacts.

Tracking
In the event you can't find your loved one, simply text "TRACK" to the cellular telephone number attached to their Medical Alert device to receive a GPS location. For privacy, only authorized cellular telephone numbers are able to use this feature.
